POE is mainly engaged in the production of FR4 PCB, aluminum PCB, polyimide PCB, HF & RF PCB, etc., and we can also purchase PCBs made of other substrates according to different needs of customers.
POE provides corresponding environmentally friendly substrates according to customers' demand for PCB substrates.
FR-4 (or FR4) is a NEMA grade designation for glass-reinforced epoxy laminate material. FR-4 is a composite material composed of woven fiberglass cloth with an epoxy resin binder that is flame resistant.
It does not specify specific material, but instead a grade of material, as defined by NEMA LI 1-1998 specification. There are many types of FR-4 grade materials, but most of them are made of epoxy resin plus filler and glass fiber material, which is what we use in production.
√ High mechanical properties
√ High dielectric properties
√ Good heat resistance with near zero water absorption
√ Good moisture resistance
√ Great impact resistance
√ Good strength to weight ratios
Aluminum PCB is one of common use among metal core materials. It can be known as aluminum clad, aluminum base, metal clad printed circuit board (MCPCB), insulated metal substrate(IMS or IMPCB) orthermally conductive PCBs. The aluminum pcb substrate is a metal-based copper clad laminate with good heat dissipation function.
Generally, the single-sided board is composed of a three-layer structure, which is a circuit layer (copper foil), an insulating layer, and a metal base layer. For high-end use, some are designed as double-sided pcb, and the structure is a circuit layer, an insulating layer, an aluminum base, an insulating layer, and a circuit layer.
√ Environmentally Friendly
√ Good Heat dissipation
√ Higher durability
√ Efficient Thermal transfer exponent
√ Lighter copper weights
√ Lower cost
Polyimide (sometimes abbreviated PI) is a polymer of imide monomers, which is one of the best synthetic organic polymers. These polymers are known for their high temperature performance in the 400-500°C range as well as chemical resistance.
The polyimides that are used in the flex PCBs are generally imide monomer polyimides.
√ High mechanical performance
√ Superior temperature adaptability ranging from -200 °C to 300 °C
√ Excellent tensile and compressive strength
√ Outstanding chemical resistance
√ Superior bearing and wear properties
√ Good dielectric properties
√ Good dimensional stability
√ High radiation resistance
High Frequency PCB is a special PCB with high electromagnetic frequency. High frequency(HF) can be defined as frequency above 1GHz. Radio frequency(RF)is Higher frequency electromagnetic waves with long-distance transmission capability.
Currently, PTFE material is widely used in high frequency PCB production, it's also called Teflon. Some most popular high frequency materials includes Rogers (RO4003C, R4350B), Taconic (RF-35), ISOLA (FR-406), ARLON (85N) and so on.
√ Long distance signal transmission
√ Stable thermal heat transfer properties
√ Low loss for efficient signal transmission
√ Improved dielectric properties
√ Excellent thermal durability
√ Low hydrophilic rate
