PCB Materials

In order to help our clients reduce product costs, we normally use locally manufactured raw laminates for our PCBs. That being said, we understand that your designs might be made with a very specific material in mind, in order to meet signal integrity and HDI PCB requirements, so we will accommodate your PCB material preferences. We also use North American materials such as Isola 370HR, FR408HR, etc., upon request, to satisfy your engineering needs. We keep a healthy stock of all commonly used materials, and as long as we have your selection in stock, the material will not usually affect the efficiency of our PCB Assembly Process.

What Sets PCBAMake Apart? Unlike many competitors who focus only on low cost, PCBAMake is committed to delivering both cost efficiency and uncompromising quality in PCB fabrication and assembly. We carefully select materials to ensure reliability — when substitutes are required, we choose only the best available options, never low-grade alternatives. Our material selection process is fully transparent, and we are happy to guide you through the differences in specifications and performance. Our engineering team works closely with customers to create optimized PCB stack-ups. We perform impedance calculations at both the design and production stages, and can provide controlled impedance stack-ups upon request, using a variety of advanced materials.

In addition to standard options, we also offer specialty high-frequency materials, including:

  • 1.Rogers TMM10
  • 4.Rogers 3006
  • 7.Arlon 25FR
  • 2.Rogers 4350B
  • 5.Rogers 4003C
  • 3.Rogers 2000
  • 6.Taconic RF-35

Some of these may require extended lead times, but our sales team will gladly provide detailed information on pricing and delivery, while our FAEs and engineers are ready to support your stack-up design and impedance control needs.
