PCBAMake Certificates

Quality is the first element for many customers to work with suppliers.High-quality products can not only save time, but also production cost!

Quality and service are always our guidelines at PCBAMake, there’re some certificates PCBAMake have:

Preparations before production

Our customers may hear a lot about PCBAMake file checking, EQ checking and other additional services. now,We will  introduce the preparations we do before production in details.

Firstly, Gerber checking, the Gerber will be checked by our engineer before the board manufacturing. During this process, please believe that your file will be kept confidential. The engineer will make suggestions for the production limitation issues in the file and send to you for confirmation. 

Then it is BOM checking, inspectors check every BOM, such as quantity, manufacturer part number, description, etc., and check all the components in the BOM to make sure they match with the Gerber file and solder pads.

Thirdly, Warehousing checking, our experienced purchasing team will source components based on the BOM. Before warehousing, our colleagues will carry out strict quality inspection and quantity check on them.  

Finally, it is production preparation, the workers make an inventory of the required components, and match solder pads to ensure that they meet the requirements and then put into production.

The pre-production checking will save 90% of unnecessary problems, not only provide high quality products, but also reduce customer losses.

QC process during the production

During the process of production, we have FAI, AOI,X-RAY and visual inspection to ensure the quality. Let’s introduce one by one.

FAI, first article inspection, involves the inspection and testing the first PCBA board to go through each stage of the assembly process, is mainly to find out the factors affecting the quality of the product in the production as early as possible, and prevent the product from being out of tolerance, repair and scrap.

AOI, that is Automatic Optical machine, scans PCBA with cameras and detects the soldering defects, and obtains the image PCBA. And determine defects and faults by analysis and comparison.

PCBAMake AOI passing rate is 99.5%. Non-conforming pcbas will be indentified and segregated in specific areas and fixed finally.

X-ray inspection is used to evaluate the solder joints for BGA, QFN, and some complicate IC chips which have solder joints can’t be visually inspected. It can also detect the internal situation of components’ soldering. It uses the penetration capacity of X-ray to detect the insufficient solder, poorly soldered, short and other problems of solder joints.

100% Visual inspection. The inspectors check boards according to the files provided by customers to make sure everything is correct.
