PCBAMake Q2 Summary Conference

In the hot summer of July, PCBAMake ushered in the second quarter summary meeting of 2025. This is the first large-scale meeting after PCBAMake's relocation, symbolizing a new starting point and a broader development space.

Looking back from a new height, we are not only reviewing and summarizing past work, but also thinking and looking forward to future goals. Looking back on the second quarter, all colleagues worked together to overcome difficulties, and all work progressed steadily, laying a solid foundation for the realization of the annual goals.

As the company's business continues to expand, we have also welcomed a number of new partners full of vitality and potential. The addition of fresh blood not only injects new vitality into various departments, but also demonstrates the company's firm pace in attracting diverse talents.

As the core force of the company to expand the market and connect with customers, the business department continued to carry forward the spirit of forging ahead and never stopping in the second quarter, and handed in a brilliant report card in the second quarter. Faced with increasingly fierce market competition and changes and adjustments in the industry, the business department took the initiative to actively develop new customers and tap the potential of old customers. This quarter, the business department actively conducted project revisits and demand surveys around the theme of "Deep Ploughing Month" and successfully discovered multiple potential projects. At the same time, the collaboration between teams has become closer, and the repurchase rate of old customers and the satisfaction of new customers have increased.
At the conference, the leaders of the business department emphasized that the customer service system will continue to be deepened in the second half of the year, the overall team combat capability will be improved, and the full sprint for the second half of the year will be made. Every business colleague is constantly refreshing their own possibilities, injecting unlimited power into the company's continued growth.

At the conference, the leaders of the procurement department led everyone to review the work results and challenges faced in the past quarter, and deeply reflected on the problems that occurred in the previous quarter.
As a key department to ensure the stability of the company's production supply chain, the procurement department still made steady progress in the second quarter in the face of complex international situations, especially the adjustment of some tariff policies and fluctuations in raw materials, and demonstrated strong adaptability and coordination capabilities. Through pre-emptive analysis and risk assessment, the department locked prices and purchased key materials in advance through multiple channels, effectively avoiding supply risks caused by unstable international situations. At the same time, the procurement department also continued to optimize processes to improve overall response efficiency and cost control capabilities.

Entering the production line, the factory, as the "last line of defense" to ensure delivery and quality, still plays a mainstay role. In this quarter, the factory continued to uphold the concept of "quality-oriented, efficiency-first", and achieved remarkable results in equipment maintenance, production scheduling, quality control and other links.
It is worth mentioning that in response to changes in order structure, the factory has achieved flexible resource allocation in plug-in, post-welding, testing and other links, ensuring the delivery of multiple difficult projects.

At the end of the summary meeting, the leader of PCBAMake took the stage to express his sincere gratitude to all employees for their hard work in the second quarter, and pointed out: "Relocation is not just a change in office space, but also an opportunity for cultural upgrades, vision upgrades and efficiency upgrades." An in-depth analysis of the data performance of various departments and platforms not only affirmed the highlights, but also faced the existing problems and put forward a clearer direction for improvement.
